The city-owned 9-hole Hazlehurst Municipal Golf Course, also known as Twisted Pines Golf Course, is a public course, open year round, featuring 3,636 yards of golf from the longest tee for a par of 36.

One of the hidden gems of the South, golfers who play a round at Wallace Adams rarely forget the experience. The front nine is tight and requires players to bring their shotmaking skills. The back nine opens up but continues to present challenges with smaller, sloped greens and doglegs on the fairways.

Beautiful rolling terrain and long range views of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains and the Cohutta Wilderness make this public course one of the most enjoyable and picturesque golf courses in North Georgia.

The gem of Achasta is the 6,995-yard, par-72 Achasta Golf Course, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design. Golfers of all skill levels can enjoy this challenging yet playable masterpiece, with its bent grass greens and manicured fairways that roll gently past picturesque views of the Chestatee River.

Located just 15 minutes north of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, this 6,159-yard par 72 sits on a historic Civil War battleground. The course features freshly installed Champion Dwarf Bermuda Greens with classic tree-lined fairways.

The Augusta Municipal Golf Course plays to a par 72. The lack of distance to the golf course (6,019 yards) can be deceiving. The tight fairways and postage stamp greens require precision shot making. Tee times accepted every day.

With all the markings of an exclusive private club, Barrington Hall is open to the public. Five tee positions offer yardages between 5,012 and 7,062 making this an accommodating course for players of all ages and abilities.

Bartram Trail GC is Augusta’s newest daily fee golf course, designed with playability and enjoyment in mind. Players will find a course a little over 6,700 yards with bent-grass greens averaging 6,200 square feet.

The 18-hole Beaver Kreek Golf Club is a semi-private golf course that opened in 1988. Designed by Kirby Holton, Beaver Kreek Golf Club measures 6543 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 113 and a 70.

Bentwater Golf Course offers almost 7,000 yards from the back tees. However, the course is better known for its scenic appeal. Striking views of Red Top Mountain, as well as ponds, creeks and wetlands will highlight your round at Bentwater.

Black Creek Golf Club in Ellabell, GA is the finest semi-private club in the greater Savannah, GA area. A wide array of services are available to the public including professionally executed golf tournaments on this 18-hole course.

Nestled among tall pines and hardwood trees, players are treated to spectacular scenery with views of wildlife and superbly maintained fairways and greens.

Bowden Golf Club is an 18-hole course that opened in 1940. Bowden can provide a challenge for players of any ability, with four sets of tees on each hole, ranging in length from 4,940 to 6,626 yards.

Tree-lined fairways, challenging water features and numerous bunkers define the 18-hole golf course, a collaborative vision of Joe Lee and Rocky Roquemore. A double-sided driving range, short-game practice area and two full-time instructors make easy work of improving your game. 

The Brasstown Valley Golf Course has been ranked by both Golf Digest and Leading Golf Courses of America as one of the top Georgia courses to play. Designed by Denis Griffiths, the golf course winds through wildlife preserves, ponds and streams framed by the mountains.

A great 18-hole layout awaits you! Denis Griffiths designed the 18-hole layout, so it’s definitely a challenging yet fun test of golf. The Par 71 layout plays to just under 7,000 yards from the tips, boasting five sets of tees. The signature 15th hole is a 207-yard Par 3, which plays over scenic wetlands to a large, undulating island green.

Sites are pull-thrus and include Water, Sewer and Electric (30 or 50 amp). Monthly plan also includes unlimited greens fees.

Membership in BridgeMill Athletic Club allows members and their guests to play a championship golf course, and enjoy a full-service clubhouse, restaurant, tennis courts, fitness center and 2-acre aquatic center.
