The park surrounding the pad provides shade and seating and is walking distance to shops and restaurants.  The splash pad is activated by a push-button control built into the gently sloping bowl area surrounding the water outlets. A great way to keep cool in the hot summers of South Georgia, the splash pad is open daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
